As a bachelor male, the place was excellent. For males between age 30 and 50, it is excellent. But I would Not recommend it for children or women. Fortunately, I am a physically fit 57 year old male, so it worked out nicely for me.
the showers and rest room being shared and separated from the main room. However, it all worked out. I would stay again, since now I know what to expect.

Extrem sympathisches Personal und ich fand auch die Gegend ganz nett (Harlem). Ich würde sagen die Gegend ist etwas „rauer“ aber keineswegs gefährlich und hat sogar Charme. Super Anbindung an Subway und Target/Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods Market. Außerdem Kühlschrank/Kühlfach im Zimmer.
In den Küchen gibts das wichtigste (Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spüle) aber es war ein bisschen ein Engpass weil da schon einige Bewohner sind die sich das teilen. Gleiches bei Restrooms/Bathrooms, die waren oft besetzt. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine und nur manchmal einen Wasserkocher (manchmal war der weg). Töpfe und Pfannen auch eher selten, ich hab eine Pfanne im ganzen Haus gefunden aber ich überseh auch oft Sachen.

La posizione è comoda per visitare Manhattan. La camera è carina. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile nel risolvere problematiche. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per NYC.
La pulizia del pavimento lasciava a desiderare: appena arrivati abbiamo notato che a terra c’erano capelli. Le lenzuola avevano macchie, anche dopo la sostituzione. Il bagno in comune e la doccia sono angusti e privi di finestre. Scale di legno molto rumorose con conseguente fastidio ad ogni passaggio
