The location is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to the beach and a convenient cafe on the first floor were both very nice touches.

Beds too soft, twin beds were like cots.

It was very clean and rooms were spacious
I didn’t like that the hidden fees were not displayed more. We were forced to pay an extra £120 we went aware we were paying.
The first guest to arrive was also told by reception he had to pay for another room that we didn’t reserve and this caused a lot of discomfort within our party as we were in a budget. We also didn’t receive any apology from the hotel staff and I didn’t like this. It would be nice to receive something from booking.com as an apology for the big inconvenience
