The location is absolutely fantastic. The check-in process was completely hassle-free, and I really appreciated that the host accommodated my request for an early check-in. Given the convenience and the area, the price is very affordable and offers excellent value for an overnight stay in Vienna. Honestly, I don't understand the bad reviews at all - my experience was entirely positive!

Nothing at all; everything went smoothly and was exactly what we needed

I liked the location and that it was easy to walk to places. The bed was fine, clean and nice sheets. Keep in mind- the bed is made up of two single beds put together with a sheet covering it. It was also nice to have the fridge.

A lot of things did not work. The stovetop (induction) did not work at all, and the oven was very dirty, so I could not cook at all. The shower was uncomfortable to use as the temperature fluctuated and usually went to freezing even when I turned the knob to try and make it warmer. It never stayed warm. A really bad thing was that the water in the shower did not drain and would become flooded. It was not a pleasant experience to shower. The boiler also made slightly freaky noises whenever I used the bathroom sink (I thought something would explode). The ventilator in the bathroom was also really loud and could be disruptive.
