This is a gem of a hotel - family run in the heart of kata by the night market. The beach is a short walk, and there are a great range of food and massage options about. The owners have a wealth of local knowledge if you have any questions, but equally respectful if you want to find (or know your own) way.
Its budget accommodation, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with good wifi / internet, a decent shower - all in all exceptional value.
I've just booked my 4th week following an initial one week stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.
