The property was well appointed and for central Tokyo, quite big. It was comfortable for the four of us and was clean. The main double is a traditional western style, the other beds are tatami mats. Both were comfortable.
As others has mentioned, the block it is in feels a little run down, however the host doesn’t have control over this

Had everything we needed. Was small but clean and close to Shibuya
Advertised as balcony with a view but the balcony only had a view of neighbouring apartments. Bit misleading.

Great location , plenty of bars and restaurants on the street to choose from and a 7/11 2min walk
The listing is kind of confusing there are 2 different properties in the photos and you dont get to choose, we got the older one so bit of a let down in that regard

"L’appartamento era carino, non proprio modernissimo ma dotato di tutto l’indispensabile; per tre persone è perfetto; il water, rigorosamente tecnologico, è separato dalla doccia, in due stanze diverse..."
