Everything was good, except water filter and AC. Water purifier is not good, taste is not good, we had to bring water from outside, please change the water purifier and AC is not working properly, it seems gas issue. Rest of all were fine. Staff were good, location - very near to every where. I preferred this stay for my colleagues. Better than hotel at this price. When ever I come to hyderabad, I will stay here. If you change water purifier i will give 10 out 10.
Water purifier and cooking dishes - tafflon coating has gone, it can be harmful.

Courteous staff, clean apartments and very prompt service... the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking our own stuff which was very helpful. Wifi was pretty good. Tons of restaurants and eating choices around.
Nothing in particular. The location of the property is in a congested locality filled with p.g accomodations. No parking space.

Location is good.
Its not hygienic. Cockroaches inside kitchen, urine smell in balcony. Personally i felt it to be very smelly. I didn’t stay inside the room as I had some hospital visits, but overall if you can manage these 2 points, for the amount spent it is a decent stay.
