Great location with views of the pyramids from the breakfast area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size.
Had problems with the plumbing on our first day. The water just stopped flowing in the shower and basin for about 10 minutes before it came on again. This happened a couple of times, once while my wife was washing her hair. Not good.
Otherwise, the hotel was good.

The location and breakfast with pyramids view were great! Tour guide Eslam was professional and friendly.
The lift is to the hotel lobby is a bit small. The road noises can make it difficult to sleep. Better prepare earplugs.

Good basic hotel located with a great view to the Pyramid
The location was very convenient.
The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly.
The downstairs entrance lobby could use better cleaning and maintenance to give the hotel a slightly better esthetic.
It appeared quite dusky.
