The property is clean and stands out compared to the surrounding area where it is situated.
It is in the heart of the village, yet it still provided an urban feel when we stepped into the room.
The bed and couch were comfortable, and the room is air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi.
The road to the venue is bad.
I got a puncture and had to spend money to repair my tyre.
The shower and toilet setup could use some improvement.

The fact of it being in the middle of a rural place, it was a convenient location.
The facilities were not so great. Difficult to access water from showers and also the stinking refrigerator.
