The location is accessibel for everything. Ms. Yang and Ms. Helen are approachable
In the future, I think it is nice if the beddings and towels are on the same colors, matchy. more inviting if its uniform.

My second time staying here, already booked the next visit too. Room is incredibly peaceful and quiet, considering it is located in Central London. Kitchenette has all the utilities for preparing your own breakfast. Walking distance to all the theatres. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is superb and the rooms were clean and well presented.
The kitchenette,is very difficult to get into. U nonless you have an 18 inch waist or less then it's no good for a more portly person.
