Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Loved how much room you had to put your things away and no clutter around. We enjoyed hanging out at night watching TV by the fireplace at night. Gatlinburg was so very crowded and so not recommend going the week after Christmas but we could go up to the condo and it was so peaceful and so quiet. It allows you to be able to get away from the chaos in the city. I would definitely recommend staying here and if we come back then we will definitely stay there again! Just a side note this was the easiest check in and check out I’ve ever had. They just gave you the code the day of arrival and then we you left you just texted them. That was it. So easy! Parking passes were on the table in the condo. Now we did forget to scan the code on them to get some free things that came with our stay. We totally forgot about that but that was our error not the condos.

Furniture, bedding and community amenities made it so enjoyable. The pool - hot tub-grill and fire pits were utilized regularly. If we come back to Gatlinburg this is where we will stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was superb!!! Very fresh and clean. However, “Explore” was ridiculous. I will never use this service to book anything for me. They booked a “tubing trip” that turned into a white water rafting trip 2 1/2 hours away. The train ride trip was also the same distance away. These excursions had to be cancelled and payment was reimbursed, but we missed out on the experiences. We were told these excursions were only minutes away from our local. Right hand didn’t know what the left was doing at all. Zero consistency. Condo was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Highlands is just beyond expectations. Such beauty such views. This is 2nd time we have stayed and already booked for fall. Clean with nice decor. This last trip just had a corner of next building blocking part of view so we know to avoid that place now. You will not be disappointed here. If I had suggestion it would be the covered parking . Two columns to pull through are tight and we noticed most people parked out in lot .
