Tolle Ausstattung, sehr nettes Personal. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-)

Location was good to get around. Online + at the phone: Engaged staff, friendly and helpful. Parking was not a problem if you're not walking disabled. Room was very small, functional equipment and clean. It was quiet. 5 stars for the lady at the ground floor in a venue selling fresh "belegte Brötchen, Baguettes" and coffee. Tasty and very good, very friendly and helpful.

It's a no-go to promote pay at the location and getting charged straight away. Telling it's for the company security, we are almost booked out. It is a no-go to get offensive, yelling and shouting at customers to get the "f" out. First next day I was dropping off my registration form at the reception. Before the counter, a widely open door of the reception room. I went in, 1 step, to the person i saw. I I've got a reaction as If I was going to kill someone. This is bad. If you are renting out at a hot spot, you need to tell people on the website. This is no normal behavior. You emotionally messed up that day, especially, that was the first day in Germany after 11 years. Shame on you. You're not qualified to interact with guests from abroad. Sorry to say.
