Courteous, professional, helpful, amenable and knowledgable staff. Clean facilities and easy access. Perfect location for attending events at the sphere and accessing the strip (on foot). Very pleased the our stay.
The wait at the counter, specially after a long flight. However, it is hardly the property's fault since there were several festivals and other events going on at the same time. Lots of people's traffic.

It was very conveniently located near the sphere and was within easy walking distance of other attractions
Was not told that it was a time share facility. While the apt was well kept and grounds nice , The view from room was the parking lot. There was some pressure to attend sales event.
