I loved the view!
The communication with the owners was great
Easy pickup and drop off for the keys

Beds were comfortable too
An option for late check out?
There was not really an option for an early check in although it does state you can arrange it i tried to request this via booking.com but was not successful.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was large for the family. Beds were comfy and communication was very good.
There were some minor issues but as the communication with the host was good I feel that these wouldn't affect the next persons staying there

Great location, good value for money and responsive host. They even had a double bed provided in the living room for our fifth guest which not a lot of places typically accomodate for.
Dryer is a bit difficult to operate and there was not a lot of information provided regarding the pool access induction that’s available on Tuesday’s, but if you speak to reception, they can provide more information.

The location was very central & only 10 mins walk to the convention centre The view towards the central city with the bonus of a balcony was great. The living room was comfortable and warm with an efficient heat pump. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Quiet.
The apartment really needed maintenance. The 2 bathrooms sounded good but both shower heads needed tightening and flopped rather stayed in position. The shower floors had black mould on the joinery. The view from the living room was spectacular but the ranch sliders badly needed a clean.
