food was little bit of salty, but overall food was ok
water heater was not working properly it was very slow and takes too much time to heat the water.

I have received no breakfast but I was supposed to as per my booking. I wanted to put a complaint but nowhere I could find out where should I put my grievances. I was supposed to get a twin room but was only provided a pod with 100 other people in the dormitory. No refund was raised yet but I need to.
Comfort was missing a bit, although the pod bed was cozy enough but it's dark all over the day and you can't carry your luggage along with you. No small locker box provided beside your bed, for small things also you need to visit locker room. Bathroom sometimes weren't clean enough and smelly, specially during night time. One can't wash his clothes as well and there's no much provision to dry them up apart from lingerie.
