The hotel is conveniently located close to the Haram, and the shuttle service runs approximately every 30 minutes. Considering the price, the hotel offers good value for money and the overall stay was comfortable.
The shuttle service could be improved. There should be more buses available, especially around prayer times, as sometimes there can be a long wait between trips. Having several buses operating continuously would make transportation to and from the Haram much more convenient.
