Location. Cats🤍😻. Garden. Large room. Staff was very nice and polite, very welcoming and helpful all the time. Thank you!

Smokers everywhere…. It’s especially awful during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, when you want to relax, but because of the smokers, You have to run around and change tables, which causes stress and discomfort. I’d recommend dividing the terrace into smoking and non-smoking areas. Or at least prohibit smoking during mealtimes… after all, there are children and people with asthma there as well. Unpolite and loud russians neighbours..

Хороший,уютный отель! Персонал на высоте,молодцы,стараются,пашут круглые сутки! Еда очень вкусная,за две недели не надоела совсем! Дворик с садом уютный,много мест где можно посидеть и отдохнуть! Вечерами люди из разных стран поют караоке и веселяться. Исмаил на рецепшене,дал нам красивый номер на седьмом этаже с видом на море,молодец. Однозначно,вернемся еще👏👏👏

Огромный минус этого отеля,я считаю платный интернет в номерах, и отсутвие собственного пляжа в пешей доступности.

We went as a bigger group of people and I think we had a really nice holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel, because it covered all of our needs. The room was nice, comfortable, the cleaning service came evey day. The food was perfect for me. Simple, food with some variety each day, but always tasty and fresh. They had a bunch of desserts and fruits. The drinks were everything I needed. They had beer (which was really refreshing ), vodka, gin, whiskey, rum. If you ask them they can mix it with soda for basic cocktails like Gin Tonic, cuba libre, vodka orange, etc. I really liked the animation too! They are not pushy, and I liked that a lot about it. If I wanted to I could join the program, or just listen to the karaoke night while I talked with my family outside. The staff is really nice. They are helpful, smiley, and you can see that they like to work there. Overall they had a really good vibe and they always make sure that the guests would have a really good vacation there. They even have a market inside the hotel, with really good prices, nice owner and they even have hookah for a good prices! Thank you Grand Alisa hotel for this Holiday. Would definitely book again!

Huoneet oli isot ja allas alue sopivan kokoinen. Paljon ruokaa valittavana vaihtuvuutta ei ollut aika samaa ruokaa viikko

Huoneiden siivous ei pelannut. Pyyhkeet lakanat likaisia valmiiksi. Hissit temppuilivat ja lopussa toinen hissi ei toiminut ollenkaan. Allasalueen vessat epäsiistit ja haisivat eikä lukot toiminut. Aulan vessat oli myös epäsiistit. Baarin henkilökunta oli töykeitä. Karaoke kaikui huoneisiin joka ilta todella kovaa.
