Mr Venkatesh Rajan was an excellent welcoming host. We went mostly for visiting Amboli waterfalls. However, in addition to that, he recommended that we visit other tourist attractions in and around Sawantwadi, and gave us detailed directions for the same. We had breakfast and dinner at the homestay and it was superb, cheap, and unlimited. It felt like we were his own guests. He recommended a superb place for local vegetarian lunch. He spent a good amount of time chatting with us over meals and made us feel at home. On the evening before our departure he even guided me to a reliable person from where to get my flat tyre fixed. The total cost of accomodation and food was very reasonable.

Mr. Venkatesh is an extremely wonderful person. He is more than just a host. He will take care of you and make sure that you have absolutely no issues during your stay at his place. The place is a comfortable little gem. This place exceeded our expectations.

Its a off beat location in Sawantwadi. Its a very peaceful place and Mr. Rajan takes care of his guests very well. Its a homely "ECO" Stay but very neat and very clean stayed with my family. Though the evenings were bit hot without AC(for my in laws), the night was quite chill and the fan does the job. Home cooked food is available at is very wholesome and healthy. Overall a nice place to stay and trust me its an eye opener for people who are spoilt in the concrete jungle and running behind luxury.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The view out of the room was really exceptional, especially the view of the sun set. We enjoyed the short nature walks in and around the town. We also paid for the organic farming tour which was well worth every penny. Our 4-year old son also enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Would highly recommend a stay here!
