Kids loved the PS5 and access to TV channels.
loved kitchen and local supermarket details given.
Location great, easy access to tube.
Did not have access to my emails on my phone, had to get my son to check my emails at home for exact location and access codes.
Travelling early so never thought to check emails before I left.
Tried to phone contact number but no reply.
If he hadn't been available I would have been stuck, without exact location and access.

As much as we loved the apartment, the stairs leading downstairs to the entrance are steep and very, very challenging with young toddlers and a stroller. It requires multiple back and forth trips to get everyone and everything down from the street level.

The location and the apartment itself were excellent. Everything was very well equipped, and we didn’t need a thing during our stay. The host was also super helpful. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to London.
