The location of this place is excellent - within walking distance of all the main attractions, and not too noisy at night. The host was very helpful and allowed us to store our bags before our flight. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
We had some trouble getting there because taxis don't run after 7pm in certain areas of the city, so we ended up taking our luggage on the tram which was tricky. This is only a Florence thing and nothing to do with the property, but it would have been nice to get some indication of this.

It was authentic rustic sorta.
Windows would not open. Was not the room I thought I booked. Only one towel. The had rails for the stairs was loose. The lights in the stairwell would not stay on.
