We had a great time on our vacation!! The house was amazing especially the pool and back yard area. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this property and I would even visit again myself. We had a small issue with the pool heater and it was taken care of immediately. The property manager was spot on and very attentive. Loved every part of it!!!

We stayed here in July 23 and absolutely loved it. The house was great and the pool was even more amazing, that is where we spent most of our time if we weren't at the beach or doing other fun things in the area. The house is very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, and any fun things you'd like to do. Having the golf cart to get around in added to the fun. The house was beautifully decorated and equipment with so much. The only things I'd recommend (but would not keep me from renting again) is upgrading the cushions on the outdoor furniture, fix the broken parts in the fridge, and getting some casserole/baking dishes. The last thing which is just because I have hip issues is that I wish all the beds weren't so high off the ground. lol Patrix/host was very attentive when needed. Def would stay here again.

The house was absolutely wonderful! The people was amazing and we spent 90% of our time there! There were a few storms the rolled through and made the pool pretty dirty however without ask the pool was cleaned and ready to go the next morning before we even got out there. The only complaint I have have was the bath towels we were only provided 9 there was 9 of us however must of us were females and we all use more than one towel so we had to wash towels every day but other than I would go back again anytime and highly recommend for the pool and proximity to the beach alone.

We were fortunate enough to have a family vacation this year with all our kids and grandkids. After searching for weeks for a home to accommodate everyone, we found the perfect place to stay. Emerald Oasis was exactly as described. We absolutely loved the home, private pool, short walk to the beach and the provided golf cart for those that didn't want to walk. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was even better than expected with lots of comfortable seating and pool floats and toys for our use. The home was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The furniture was very nice with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We celebrated a birthday and ate lots of seafood! I loved that management was available nearby and communicated with us throughout the stay with reminders such as trash pickup days, etc. We would not hesitate to book with My Paradise Retreat again!!

Gram & Gramps, son, wife, 3 teen daughters. Each girl had her own room. Pool was the highlight - out there almost all day, every day. Close to the beach with a designated parking area for the golf cart made that trip very doable. A few little things needed attention and the manager was prompt in responding and taking care. We would definitely come back to this spot!

We had the perfect stay in this house. There was 8 of us staying there and never one time did we ever feel cramped and that is without using the bunk bed room. The pool was a big hit. We paid for heating and the kids swam in it everyday even when the weather was cooler outside. We all loved the golf cart. It made it a one minute drive to the beach and the house came with beach chairs and sand toys so we took those with us on the golf cart to take to the beach. We also enjoyed just driving around in the golf cart enjoying the fresh air. The property manager was amazing! We have stayed at multiple vacation rentals and have never had a property manager as helpful and quick responding as him. The location of this house was also perfect. Right by the dollar store if you need to get something quick, nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. We will definitely rent this again when we come back next year!

The house and location was great. The pool was great. We did experience a couple setbacks. The door leading to the pool was extremely hard to open. The beds were not comfortable. The gate access code to the beach that we was given did not work. The property manager did help with the gate code and he fixed the grill shortly after we arrived. He was very helpful especially since he had just had surgery and was still recovering.
Also for the money we paid for the stay we thought that beach chairs would have been reserved for us.
All in all we enjoyed our stay but had a few setbacks

This rental was a great choice for 4 adults and a 10 year old. eveyone had their own king bed and loved it. The pool is amazing as previously mentioned. Having a working grill was a bonus! Plenty of seating for large groups. A previous review mentioned lack of cooking items for large groups and I would agree but there is a Dollar General in walking distance and other stores not too far away to buy a large pot or so. The walk to the beach was short and nice through the neighborhood. If you have a large or small group this is an awesome place.

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach house. The pool was amazing and a big hit with everyone in our group. The rooms were all good sized and provided enough sleeping space for everyone.
Kitchen area was nice but could use a little more updated pots and pans or glassware for cooking. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house five of our seven days.
We really enjoyed our time and would love to book this house again!

The townhome was very clean and nice. It is a short walk or even shorter ride on the golf cart to the beach. The pool was awesome and a great feature for the kids! The owner was very responsive and nice. The property management company never responded to any issue or email. Great property to rent for family and friends and will rent it again!

We had so much room! Our family really enjoyed the property...especially the pool! We were not very far from the beach even to walk. The only negative was the golf cart sometimes stalled on us but we figured it out! Thank you for a great stay. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Property was in need of some maintenance and updating. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. Pool needed cleaned everyday but no one took care of it. Kitchen is only adequately equipped. It is obvious owner never visits property. House could use a good deep clean. Many items around house need repaired. Nice setting in gated community and close to the beach are the best thing going for this property. Exterior of property landscaping has a lot to be desired. Overpriced!

Communication was great with manager. The house has everything you need. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, a 5 yr old and a 1 year old in our group. Plenty of room. The kids loved the pool. The manager provides a golf cart you can take to the beach which is about 4 blocks. We parked in the public parking near Pompano Joes and took stairs from Pompano Joes parking lot to beach instead of walking back to the private beach entrance for the neighborhood. The master bedroom has a huge closet we used for a room for the babies pack and play. The other 3 bedrooms with king beds are small and not much room to get around beds, but serves purpose. The bunk room is more roomy. There were no remotes to use fans in the rooms, so if you like a fan bring one. We did find one in garage we used. There are beach chairs and beach toys in garage. Gas grill by pool. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas around pool. There are 2 huge storage containers on patio with pool toys. We will definitely stay again. Being close to Dollar General a plus!

The house was perfect for me and my friends for spring break. Yowceph was very helpful and had good communication. The pool was the biggest plus of this house we had it heated and it was perfect the whole outdoor area was amazing. Another positive was the location with the dollar general a short walk away and the beach a quick walk or drive away you couldn’t beat it.
