Great place great location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach condo! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was perfect, and the condo itself was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly as described. The host was exceptional, extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive from booking through checkout. Any questions we had were answered quickly, making the entire experience stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable beach getaway!

We loved the location and view. The condo was clean and I’d definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. The location was more than convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. Being on 39th st you are in the heart of it all. We stayed during Rock & Ride week and altho we were skeptical about how noisy it would be, it wasn't a problem at all. I would say the only negative was the thick dust on the ceiling fan on the master bdroom. I did not complain to the host because I know it is probably hard to keep up with people constantly coming and going. And it's hard to monitor the cleaning crew to get these details, like the fan. Overall everything else was really nice. Great updated kitchen, pictures are just what you see. Wonderful view of Ocean. The white plastic chairs on the balcony were very dirty but we cleaned and wipe them down. Updated patio chairs would have been nice. But I know not everyone has. I think it just adds that touch, where its more inviting and you want to sit out there more because of the view. It is definitely beautiful to see the sunrise! We have no regrets of staying here, it is still a nice, very pretty, spacious, comfortable homey place. And Nicole is quick to respond and you can ask her any questions. We would definitely return
