The location of the property is great, next to the river in the heart of Valley Crucis. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely stay there again.

Great place. Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. If you like chasing trout with a fly rod, it’s pretty close to perfect. Many thanks to the owner for sharing their cabin with my dog and me for a weekend.

House was nice overall. Just some issues.
1. Was told check in was at 4pm. However when we arrived just after 4PM we couldn’t get into the house because the Landscaper was there cutting the grass and had the driveway blocked. We did’t get access until almost 5pm. After a 17 hour drive we were not happy having to sit in the car.
2. The back deck door lock did not work. Couldn’t secure the property. There was an alarm system but no instructions on how to use it.
3. Upstairs Shower leaked through the ceiling to the kitchen area. We couldn’t use it after one shower. We notified the property Manager who said they would send someone out the next morning but we never saw anyone the duration of the stay.
4. Bedroom 1 and 2 were very nice. Bedroom 3 could use softer mattresses. The ones in there are rock hard and onlt meant for small kids
Otherwise every thing alse was pretty nice
