Die Lage des Apartments ist ausserordentlich und auch die Bäder und die Küche sind sehr hochwertig ausgebaut.
Die Möbel sind von schlechter Qualität und teilweise auch bereits in schlechtem Zustand. Couchtisch wackelt, Wanduhren sind stehen geblieben, Balkonstühle sind so fusselig, dass man die Hälfte des Stuhlstoffes anschliessend an der Hose hat, das Zustellbett bzw. der Sessel, welcher zum Bett umfunktioniert werden kann, ist eine Zumutung. Es wäre wohl angenehmer gewesen auf dem Teppich zu schlafen als auf diesem Möbel. Das Schlafsofa musste zudem komplett von den Gästen bezogen werden und die Bezüge mussten zuerst gesucht werden, dies obschon wir die Gösteanzahl mehrfach schriftlich bekannt gegeben haben.
Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung des Apartments war unfreundlich und nicht zuvorkommend.

شقة استثنائية فخمه جدا موقع استراتيجي ونظافة فائقة اطلاله ولا في الأفلام خرافيه كل الشقة مطله على البحيرة السلبية الوحيدة ان باركنك السيارة معوق لازم تبركنج شيز مب سيدة وللأسف دعمت مرتين والسبب الباركنج

A truly elegant property in a prime location with stunning views. It’s conveniently close to the Italian border and offers one of the most breathtaking mountain panoramas I’ve ever seen. In fact, I found the view from the apartment even more spectacular than the one from the mountaintop.
The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.
Despite a minor technical issue, the team’s excellent service and responsiveness made our experience truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
A couple of things to keep in mind: the apartment is accessed via a significant number of stairs, so it’s best to travel with light luggage. You’ll need to use the same stairs when leaving as well. On the plus side, having a dedicated parking space is a great convenience.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay due to a technical issue. However, the team responded quickly by providing two fans, which we appreciated, especially since we were visiting during the summer heat.

Tolle (beschwerliche) Lage in altem Fischerdorf
Klima kaputt (über 30 Grad Innentemperatur), stattdessen nach Kunststoff stinkende Billigventilatoren. Lüge vom Vermieter, dass das ein ganz neues Problem sei - aber bereits in älteren Rezensionen nachzulesen. Weitere Defekte wie Duschablauf und zerfledderte Balkonmöbel, deren Fransen am Rücken klebten, nicht behoben, dafür aber vorab Kaution kassiert.
KEINE Erwähnung in der Beschreibung, dass Unterkunft ausschließlich über 100 Stufen zu erreichen ist - erst nach Bezahlung und check-in! Das alles ist beste Kundenirreführung, neutral formuliert.
Sind direkt wieder abgereist.
