EasyTopStay - Colonna Guest House

Cama no tan còmoda.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean and the communal area was cleaned regularly throughout the week. It was in a good location. The small kitchen in the bedroom is very handy to have.

The air con didn't work, meaning it wasn't working before we arrived. It must not have been checked. We arrived on a Sunday evening so contacted the accommodation on Monday. A gentleman arrived on Tuesday afternoon to look at it. He informed us it required a part and that it would be fixed the following day. On Wednesday, the curtain pole fell off the wall. So, I contacted the accommodation to inform them of this and they told me the part of the fan wouldn't be there until the following week (when we were gone). The curtain pole was not fixed during our stay and this was for the main window in the bedroom area. Although we were offered a small percentage of the refund, no other plan was put in place for us. It was approximately 32-35 degrees every day so unfortunately our stay was not enjoyable.
