The area was nice and not too far from shopping, food and downtown. The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive helpful and communicated well.. All directions were clear. The area was nice, I felt safe. I will definitely book again my next trip to Chicago.
There were a few sketchy people outside, that's anywhere you go though.. I thought there was security on-site, there were around the corner at another location. Couldn't get the TVs to work. Maintenance came out right away to try and figure it out, but couldn't.

The place was very nice, clean and well appointed. It was a great value for the money and I was very pleased.
Although the condo was clean and comfortable, the building common areas were very dirty and warn down. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and warn and the entry way smelled like urine (not a nice approach every time you came to the condo)
