Ramazan was very helpful and actually drove us to many places to show us locations.

Great value for money.
Staff very attentive and welcoming.
Location excellent for hiking trails, parks, Faisal Masjid Mosque and malls.
Breakfast options were good and cheap drinks/food available throughout the day.
Garden area was nice - I didn't use it but guests can sit outside if desired.
For the great value, I cannot really complain or think of much to be improved at all - maybe that the shower was not always hot but it wasn't a big problem.

I love the location as it is near to blue area, Faisal mosque and Centaurus. The staff is really good and available. The guest house is clean and there is no noise around. Rooms are big and comfortable. If you want a peaceful stay in budget, this is the best place to stay.
Everything was good thanks
