The place is superb. All according to the pictures, all facilities in place. 3 bedrooms (quiet during the night), 2 toilets (1 with bath/shower), terrace with a beautiful sunset view, bbq.
The closest beach is 3 min away (not crowded), a nice restaurant and a supermarket 1 min walking away.
We had a lovely time there and loved the village cats who hang out around all the time.
It's better to have a car there - most roads in the area don't have sidewalks (but it's not impossible to walk to surrounding places).
Would be a nice addition to install a dishwasher in the kitchen (no big issue).

Great accomodation, great location - just in the middle of everything without any chaos. Highly recommend

Clean and huge apartment with a wonderful view to the sea and mountains, perfect location for sunsets. The kitchen had everything you may need to prepare food and enjoy it in the beautiful terrace. The access to the sea is just few minutes walking across the street, the beach is stony, but still nice for relaxing. Few minutes drive and you are in the sandy beach of Kalamata.
