We had an exvellent stay at Giglio Luxury, which was very eell located for a short walk tp the main part of tbe old town. Salvatore was a responsive host. Wifi was good, hot water was good, air con worked well and facilities were good. We would go back. Thanks

A minor annoyance was having to pay city tax in cash with no advance warning. Entry is via qrcode so need to keep charge on your phone. But no real issues during our stay which we enjoyed.

Appartamento impeccabile, inoltre l'abbiamo trovata molto ben fornita, cosa non comune. Inoltre il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente, regala un'esperienza, non solo un posto dove dormire. Grazie ancora.

Very central location and the bed is super confortable! It had everything you could possible need, even a washing machine which can be pretty useful when you are walking around with 30 plus degrees.

The shower screen didn’t fully enclose the shower, so if you got distracted while using the shower head, it was very easy to end up with water on the floor. It’s more of a me problem than an issue with the apartment. Sometimes the AC turned off during the night and I could not figure it out why.

We had a fantastic stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Check-in and check-out were both simple and stress-free, and we really appreciated the video he sent showing us exactly how to access the apartment. It made everything so easy, especially after a long journey. The apartment itself was fabulous – spotlessly clean, modern, stylish and extremely comfortable. Our 18-year-old son even said he wanted to move in, which is probably the highest compliment he could give! The location was perfect for exploring Palermo. All of the major sights were within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for discovering the city without needing transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable, convenient and welcoming in Palermo. Thank you, Salvatore, for helping to make our trip so enjoyable!
