Quiet location around 15 minutes from Streatham Station and close to several supermarkets and shops. Liked having the door into the garden so we could have a bit of fresh air in the morning. The welcome snacks were appreciated and the toiletries provided were handy.the bed was comfortable and I slept really well. Good hairdryer.
The WiFi was a little slow at times.

Quiet location, transport to city close by and quick, room has everything you need for a short stay if your just putting your head down at night to sleep. Bed comfy but small for 2 ppl
broken window (ground floor so anyone could get in) no reply from host to fix or move rooms so security risk. Key box code was wrong, thankfully cleaner was there to allow access.
