The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and very clean, and its location is excellent. It is right next to a Lidl supermarket and dm, with several restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
The management team was also very responsive. Although we were promised a fan upon arrival and it was initially missing, Maurice from the management team personally made sure to deliver it.
However, there were a few things that could be improved. The mattress was extremely soft—almost like a waterbed—and unfortunately not comfortable for us. The kitchen was also missing some basic essentials: there was very little cutlery, no cutting board (even for something as simple as cutting bread), and no sponge at the kitchen sink.

Die Wohnung war gut und übersichtlich.
Der Weg zu dem Parkplatz am Haus ist nur sehr schwer zu befahren, besonders wenn man mit einem Fahrradträger unterwegs ist. Alles sehr eng und unübersichtlich.
Neben der Haustür waren drei Schlüssel Tresoren. Da keine Zuordnung zu den einzelnen Wohnungen zu erkennen war musste man zunächst eine Lotterie spielen und das im strömenden Regen! Im Haus geht es dann über eine sehr schmale und extrem steile Treppe zu den beiden Etagen. Mit Gepäck eine Herausforderung. Ein Anruf an den Vermieter wegen der Schlüsselbox und den vielen Fehlversuchen blieb bis Dato unbeantwortet.

Het kostte wat moeite om de woning te vinden.

Zu viele Nachrichten / Erinnerungen daran, was man alles nicht darf. Eigentlich selbstverständliche Dinge wie "lass den Müll nicht in der Gegend herumliegen" und "Parke dort, wo es erlaubt ist". Ich fühlte mich ein wenig bevormundet wie bei einem Kind.
Es kann gut sein, dass andere Gäste weniger "sozialisiert" sind und man sich als Gastgeber über deren Verhalten aufregt, aber das rechtfertigt noch keinen Benimm-Zettel, der alle Gäste in Sippenhaft nimmt. Das sollte auf jeden Fall dringend überarbeitet werden.
