Excellent location, close to restaurants and metro. Easy walk to Athens central area. Very good facilities, quiet and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this large 2-bedroom apartment in Kolonaki. The location is excellent — very close to elegant restaurants and cafés, yet still comfortable and quiet.
The apartment is spacious, especially the living room and kitchen area, and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very convenient for our stay.
The host was extremely thoughtful and welcoming. There was coffee, milk, and cookies waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom amenities were also impressive — honestly at a 5-star hotel level.
If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the bedroom windows were not really suitable for opening and airing out the rooms. But overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
