Neat and clean rooms. Good service rendered by the staff. Hotel located in the heart of Madikeri town. Many veg and non veg restaurants are nearby. Few attractions like Raja seat are walkable distance. Hotel have dedicated parking slot for vehicles.
Hotel doesn't have their own restaurant but many good restaurants are nearby so this cannot be considered as a negative point.

The expectation was that I will get 3 star kind of welcome and my stay will be as per 3 star standards.
But what I got was kind of 5 star stay...
Extremely satiafied
Nothing, all was extremely good.
Just that add restaurant facility as well.

Rooms are clean
No solid source for hot water in the bathroom. Need to wait for a long time and the hot water is turned off during the night, hence not very pleasant
