We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station, and the view of the castle was great. Thanks so much, James, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Location is fab and the character of the old property is beautiful
The smell in the stairs, not in the property itself but instantly made us think of an old school bus fumes

Location - right in the heart of the city and Windsor Castle across the street.
Very nice accommodations. Beautiful back balcony that we did not get to use enough. Updated living accommodations (bathroom and kitchen) in a 500-600 year old well kept and designed building. Amazing views of the city. The extreme hospitality and assistance by the owner (helped with food and entertainment options and actually set up reservations for us in amazing restaurants).
I could go on and on.
Honestly, not much. I really have no complaints as even the initial perceived drawbacks ended well and actually better than we could have imagined with the amazing service provided (better than the other locations we stayed and they all were amazing in their own right).
