外観は古いが　広くて清潔　モダンで現代的な設備。水圧はやや弱いが十分だった。大通りに面しているが静かな環境だ。YANDEXタクシーを呼びやすい。観光すべき所は徒歩圏内にある。小さなスーパーは徒歩で５分くらい。大きなスーパーは15分くらいの距離にある。洗濯機があり旅の途中の洗濯が楽だった。キッチンはフル装備あり。2−3泊以上の滞在型にお薦めできる。依頼すると駅に迎えに来てくれるのでコミュニケーションをスムーズに行えるように現地で使える携帯番号とテレグラムのようなSNSアプリの登録はしておく。ホストの方はとても親切です。

古いアパートを改装しているので外観は美しいとは言えない。エレベーターはない。しかし滞在に全く問題ない。 停電がたまにあるそうで私は 実際に経験した。これはこの地域のトラブルで、アパートの問題ではなかった。

To jest nasz 2 pobyt w tym apartamencie. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni podróżując z małymi dziećmi, więc postawiliśmy na sprawdzone miejsce i tym razem, podróżując już tylko we dwójkę. Apartament w rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Wnętrze świeżo wyremontowane, czyste i bardzo zadbane. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy - można bez problemu ugotować jakiś posiłek ...cały sprzęt udostępniony jest nowy i czysty. Łóżko wygodne, pościel śnieżno biała pachnąca świeżością. Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne, idealne miejsce na wypoczynek szczególnie po intensywnym zwiedzaniu. Lokalizacja świetna, wieczornym spacerem można trafić na Registan który wygląda wyjątkowo po zmroku. Właścicielka udostępnia mnóstwo wskazówek i kontaktów, gdzie zjeść, taksówki, zakupy czy pamiątki - skorzystaliśmy z większości i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Kontakt z właścicielem jest bardzo dobry - szybko dostaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne nam informacje, a życzliwe nastawienie sprawiło że czuliśmy się jak w domu.

広くて清潔で居心地が良い部屋です。洗濯洗剤もありますし食料品も置いてあるので少し買い足して朝食、夕食もできました。駅までの送迎をして頂き安心して移動できました。夜８時にアパートに到着するとお茶とお菓子を置いておいてくださり夕食を食べれなかったので助かりました。滞在中スヴェトラーナさん、ラリサさんには大変お世話になりました。

強いて言うなら、シャワーが熱くなったり冷たくなったりするので気を付けて浴びなければいけなかった事くらいです。

The apartment is located quite centrally and close to all the tourist spots. It's clean and super nice with renovated modern interiors and with everything that you may need during the stay. The host doesn't speak English that well (as the case with most in Uzbekistan) but is able to converse using a translator app via WhatsApp and was very attentive.

The apartment itself is modern and nice, but it’s in a rundown 1960s Soviet-era building — a complete surprise because the apartment pictures looked so good and modern! I’ve stayed in many apartments worldwide, but this is the first time the photos looked so good while the building was this old. Definitely recommend taking a hotel at the same price! There’s almost no lighting in the complex (picture attached) — just a dim bulb outside each unit, and ours didn’t even have that (see photo). The motion-sensor light stopped working after the first night; despite daily messages, nothing was done. No elevator, broken stairs, and no lights — I nearly tripped twice. Alerted the attentive Host who just went on to complain about the building management and the city lighting instead of addressing the issue at hand. Payment was another hassle. The listing said “pay at property,” but they don’t take card in the normal way. They expected a transfer to their Visa card! The host’s assistant barely spoke English, so it took ages to sort out using Google Translate. Eventually, the host agreed to take partial cash which I had on me and settle the rest later when I would come back from the ATM— completely avoidable if they had just stated “Cash Only” upfront. The worst part came later — when we reached Tashkent, the hotel refused to check us in because the previous host hadn’t completed our mandatory registration (required for stays of 3 nights or more and within the first 3 days of arrival). Private hosts often skip this to avoid paying the tourist tax, even though guests pay it. We were sent to the immigration office (picture attached) across the city, waited two hours, and only after the officer intervened were we allowed to check in. This avoidable issue ruined an entire day in Tashkent. I was very disappointed with the way things turned out for us and wanted to write a detailed review so that others do not have to suffer like us.
