I have to say that the host was very accommodating when I had to rearrange my weekend dates due to unforeseeable events. The property is very close to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse and other activities. I went for the Art and Wine festival. Beautiful place for such an event. A couple of tips about the place. I stayed alone. My daughter and son in law stayed in another unit. We are all kind of “small” people. I was VERY happy not to have to share space with the two of them…too crowded. Also, if you are a big person…tall or wide, you will probably have difficulty navigating the small paths to the bed or bathroom. Never could I imagine being there with a spouse and two kids. The shower is GREAT and the bathroom is the perfect size for ONE. There was no body bath wash…completely empty and too late to do anything about it once you are in there. More coffee supplies would also be good…Took me a while to figure out the microwave…but it is pretty cool. Not just a microwave…not that I needed it as there are plenty of great places to eat in Prescott. Would I stay there again…ABSOLUTELY.

Absolutely LOVED this place. Took the dogs and upgraded last minute to a creekside unit with a deck, thank you Spencer, and was able to pen in the dogs. They loved it out there. Wish we could have stayed longer. Coming back soon but bringing the whole family and booking several units.
