Our group fell in love the moment that we walked through the door, and things only improved from there. Location is perfect as you feel secluded and private while so many conveniences like food & shopping are just a mere walk or bike ride away! Access to a quiet beautiful beach is a short walk from the home though you only need to go to the rooftop for the most gorgeous view imaginable. Kitchen and dining areas are ideal for both cooking and entertaining for any size group. Bedrooms are nicely spaced out, providing privacy while never being too far from others. It’s a perfect option for all large groups (extended families and girlfriend getaways, adults only or kid-friendly). And the amenities – bikes, ping-pong, outdoor showers, gorgeous beds/baths, GAME CLOSET!! Too much to name! We will be back soon!

It is very evident that the owners thoughtfully planned out every detail to create the perfect haven for guests. The kitchen is massive and stocked with everything needed. The dining room table comfortably sat all of our family for meals and game nights. I have never seen a closet filled with so many board games and puzzles for the guests to enjoy. We witnessed the most fabulous sunsets from the widow's walk in the evenings and enjoyed coffee from the home's back porches in the morning. The bedrooms are all so tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the spacious closets too for our belongings. My wife and I were in awe of the size of the master bedroom and bathroom. We didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. It was so nice to have the additional entertaining area under the house. Family members relaxed on the sectional while watching movies on the tv, while others were playing ping pong and darts. The owners also provided corn hole boards which happens to be our favorite family game. The yard at this house is such an extra bonus. A lot of beach houses don't have a grassy area as the beach house usually consumes the majority of the space. Everyone loved playing frisbee, throwing the football and running around the yard. We also enjoyed roasting hotdogs and s'mores in the fire pit.This house is such an easy walk to the beach. It was extra thoughtful that the owners provided a beach cart. We all enjoyed walking around the corner to Huc-A-Poos, Tybean and to the shops. The women loved shopping at Seaside Sister's and the local art galleries. We cannot say enough about this beach house. I have already booked our second visit for this June.

Just minutes walk to a great walking and playing beach, easy walk to a fun coffee shop and restaurants, though we mostly enjoyed cooking together in the big luxury kitchen. We gathered to play games but could also retreat into our rooms for quiet or privacy. We slept amazingly in the big cozy beds! The elevator was great for luggage and our elderly family members. And the rooftop view of the sunset was breathtaking—we even saw dolphins jumping and playing! We can’t wait to come back for another relaxing and fun way to connect. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of eight adults and 4 children rented this lovely 5 Bedroom and beautifully appointed beach home for a family Thanksgiving gathering and found it to be the perfect spot to enjoy each others company and the gorgeous Tybee Island surroundings. The different floor levels allowed privacy and the elevator made it so perfect for grandparents to move from different areas. The Widows Walk at the top provided a great vista of ships and boats coming and going on the Savannah River and was also ideal for catching a few rays of sun or just enjoying the beautiful Sunsets. The open double garage area provided space for the children and adults to play games, watch sporting events, take a shower after coming in from the Beach or choosing one of the numerous bicycles provided and available to ride around the island. During the day or night, there is a fire pit that can be used for roasting Hot Dogs, making Smores or just sitting around in the chairs to enjoy the fire.The Kitchen was large enough for 4 or 5 cooks at one time. All the kitchen equipment, serving dishes and tableware we needed was there to prepare and serve the meals. There is even a built-in wine cooler! There is ample parking and even an extra lot where children can play together outside. Overall, this was "the Best" family rental we have experienced and we plan to rent it again for family and also plan on taking a group of friends to Tybee Islands's Love and Luck.
