Da Stazione ferroviaria di Durango Narrow Gauge, a 9 min. a piedi potrai prendere un treno per partire alla scoperta delle località circostanti.

Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. The place had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The parking was perfect considering everything was walkable to downtown and there were parking meters everywhere. The only thing to mention, which I read the same complaint from another was the bar across the street was extremely loud on the weekend. I laughed at the original comment, but it was like a Rave pounding until 2am. We actually planned a trip to Ouray on Saturday to Sunday, so we just had one night of crummy sleep. The rest of the week was quiet.

This property is really the perfect location. And it was really nice and clean. The only downside is the bar across the street is VERY LOUD. I had read a review stating the noise concern so I brought a portable sound machine thinking it would help however it didn’t.

Everything was exactly as described. Parking was easy- across the street and free. I drove a smaller car, a Forester, and it fit the space well. The location was excellent, if you want to be in the action. The bar across the street, El Rancho, was lively until about 2 AM on the Saturday night that we were there, otherwise it was quiet. It was easy to walk to everything downtown. During the week in early June, when we were there, there weren’t a lot of tourists and it was easy to get a table for meals. The condo is only a few blocks from the famous Durango/ Silverton Train Station and about a 45 minute drive to the entrance of the Mesa Verde National Park. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was fantastic - walk to the Durango train and Ernie's nearby had great food and music. My main complaint is from the tenant above the apartment who played base music from 9pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays. I know this is not the fault of the owner but I was renting this place to sleep and, unfortunately, that wasn't possible 2 out of 3 nights.
