Great place to stay! Very comfortable beds

Clean and perfect condition. We enjoyed the stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The kitchen and bateooms were nicely stocked with all of our needs. There was plenty of parking for our truck, trailer, and jeeps. The host kept in contact and made sure that all of our needs were met in a timely manner. The condo is located just south of town, close enough to get to everything quickly but just far enough to get out of the hustle and bustle of town. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained and welcoming. I would give this condo a 10 out of 10 and will return if we make it back to the area. We were not very happy with our stay in this condo, and should have read the reviews a bit more. All of the poor reviews are valid, and the pictures on Vrbo do not match the condition of this unit. We arrived to a full dishwasher, and wet laundry in both the washer and dryer. The place is in need of a deep clean, new couch, carpet, beds and bedding (we ended up using the quilts from extra bedroom to cover the couch for sitting on). I am assuming it is the management company that handles all of this? I did ask, and got no response. Communication was ok, Tyler is good with standard, but not answering questions. Haley did come to our help when the door lock broke, battery needed. She was very helpful and nice, we were very grateful and hot after a long day. Our additions to issues, would be the Air conditioner - extremely loud, also the return on the floor very dirty. Tubs have issues draining. A large bug was fund in our friends bed. Lights not working in bedrooms, shelfs still missing from Frig. TV remote / internet OK ish. In the listing sleeping 10 would be tough, as 2 would have to sleep on the pull out from couch, and a mattress in closed for one of the twin beds. There was only 4 in our group plus pups, so OK for us. The pool and location were great, close to Moab and National Parks. There were some positive in unit, kitchen stocked, clean shelves. Layout of unit. Really just needs some attention.
