Clean and styled contemporary apartments with all you need for a great price in Hanoi. Very secure with a card key entrance/exit, lift, and areas to sit out or do laundry. Definitely the firmest mattress out there but does soften a little as you log. Lovely host.

View out the window (which is another building).

Excellent location, walking distance to all major attractions. Room was nice and spacious. Excellent host, very honest and very responsive.

I would have loved a bigger balcony.

Absolutely perfect hotel in the heart of Hanoi very close to train street. We arrived very early hours of the morning and our owner arranged self check in which was a life saver. The room was spotless and the facilities were very modern. Washing machine was available to use with no extra fee. Couldn’t recommend more!

The apartment is in a great location in Hanoi. It’s spacious and comes with a large TV with Netflix access. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The host was always incredibly kind, helpful, and very understanding.

Unfortunately, I had to check out earlier than planned because of very loud construction work nearby starting as early as 6:00 a.m., which made it impossible for me to get enough rest. I also found the room to be quite dusty and not as clean as I had expected. That said, I would like to point out that I had been informed about the construction work in advance. However, once I arrived, the noise was much louder than I had anticipated and started much earlier than the time I had been told. I also really appreciated how the host handled the situation—she immediately arranged for the room to be cleaned and kindly refunded the cost of the nights I didn’t stay.
