The room was a pretty and comfortable Georgian-inspired place on a quiet street in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, with good parking right outside the door, and with no stairs. It had a little kitchen suitable for breakfast prep. The host met me and was very nice. The bathroom was good (shower, no bath, but that suits me). There was coffee, tea, and cream, and creamer in the little kitchen.
I visited in September when there wasn't really a need for air-conditioning, but the little kitchen sits between the bedroom and the outside of the building, so I found the bedroom to be a bit too warm, despite the presence of two fans, but it wasn't a big deal.

It was very nicely decorated. Bed comfortable. Close to downtown and the lake. Easy to get to and great parking. We did not meet our host but they stayed in touch by email.
