Perfect location, late check-out until 11:45pm is amazing, also the interior was modern.
Also very secure, as your bed is behind 4 lockable doors (2x front door, apartment door, room door)
Super thin walls, surfaces were very dusty. We didn't had a cabinet or any kind of shelves to put our clothes.
Also, it is weird that luggage deposit is not available.
For this kind of service I perceive the rooms as overpriced.

The location is very good, walking distance from almost anywhere in downtown. I really appreciated having some coffee capsules for the morning.
The fist access to the room is a bit complicated, the check-in instructions were long and came in separate pieces in different messages and email. The elevator was not working, making us climb two flights of stairs in the dark. It was not a problem for us though (a couple and a medium sized dog).
