Firstly, I would like to say that the booking service is poor. The website is very confusing! There is too much information!!! Once navigating through the website, I gave my credit card number. It was so confusing that I would regret it having given information and would have not stayed on your site, and would have given up on the whole project. I wasted about 3/4 of an hour messing around with nonsense. I expected that this would be a “Hotel-like”setting. There was nothing that said that this would be an “Airbnb type”. It was advertised as a property with a hot tub. This is the main reason why I chose this property. When I got there, I found out that the hot tub was outside! Who in their right mind wants to go in the hot tub when it is 40° outside? I thought that this property was so expensive because it was an indoor hot tub. The definition of an upset is: “an expectation unfulfilled”! This is why I am upset that I chose this property.
