It is a very comfortable place to stay. They respond immediately whenever a problem arises.

The room size was neither too big nor too small - it was decent. Talking about the AC, all of them were working fine except one where the remote wasn’t working due to dead batteries. I informed the owner and he got it changed immediately. The property is well maintained. No cobwebs or insects anywhere. The room had a towel, soap, clean bed sheets and pillow covers, and they provided a bedsheet too. The room is good overall and also has a balcony. I paid around ₹8000 for 2 days for 7 people. Since it’s in Kochi area, I didn’t have high expectations of getting something amazing for 8k where 7 of us were staying. But overall, you have to adjust somewhere. Nothing is 100% perfect.

A few small suggestions for improvement: It would be great if a stand could be placed in the kitchen for the utensils, as keeping them on the slab doesn’t look as neat. There were a few ants on every rooms wall as well - maybe something can be done to address that. I really appreciate that you arranged cleaning again right after we requested it. If possible, a quick double-check before guests check in would make the experience even better. Also, kindly consider not allowing smoking inside the property. It would help keep the room fresh for the next guests. Hope these suggestions are helpful. Thank you for your hospitality - wishing you great reviews ahead!
