All correct and excellent. The location is great, just keep in mind, still some 25 minutes on the maritime walk to the center.
Clean, with all necessary equipment to the kitchen and all.
Communicate smooth and correct.
Not a problem of the flat but on a weekend keep in mind to look for nearby parkings and reserve of possible as we struggled for hours to find a place to park.

Excellent apartment with great space and located not far from many points of interest. Nice rooms and awesome balcony for watching the city go.
The water heater was a bit of an issue but I imagine it was repaired after our stay.
