Location ideal. Clean and comfortable with character
We found ordering the process for ordering the bedding and towels plus the mandatory cleaning confusing and stressful. However, the owner of the property and the Manager of Novasol got the bedding and towels sorted for us which was greatly appreciated. I think there could be a clearer, more streamlined way of doing this as everything else was everything we wanted.
