The apartment is exceptionally spacious, definitely larger than the average holiday apartment. The photos on Booking.com are not fully up to date, as the property has been improved in several areas since they were taken. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of a house, and despite the extreme outdoor temperatures of around 40°C and the absence of air conditioning, the indoor temperature remained pleasantly cool throughout our stay. The dishwasher was a great bonus and made our stay much more comfortable. The location is excellent, providing easy access both to the stunning Costa Smeralda and to the departure points for boat tours to the Gulf of Orosei, home to some of the most spectacular beaches in Sardinia. The apartment was also very clean upon arrival. P.S. the attached picture are on departure, so you may find some troubles

The property could benefit from a few additional renovations. However, considering the excellent value for money, this is only a minor point and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious and well-located place to explore northern Sardinia.

Very responsive host. In general the place has what you would need in terms of appliances and utilities

Not worth for the money. The place was full of insects, constant dog barking, location is not great.
