Beautiful old Hausmann style apartment . Exactly what you want for a Paris stay.
Was particularly hot on first night but the management company were responsive and provided a second fan quickly.
Personally issued for us. But a few cautions. Apartment was well cleaned but it’s Paris , if the windows are open the floors are pretty much always dirty. The bedroom is above a bar. It’s a fantastic local bar and we enjoyed many a bier Blanche there. Having lived in Paris the noise wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others so if your worried, bring ear plugs. The shower room is very tight and the shower needs a large step up / down so not recommended if you have mobility problems.

Excellent location! Beautiful small space, perfect for two people intending to be out and about but a well equipped apartment and comfortable bed.
