The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The property itself was really good. Fan in lounge, aircon in bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, hot water in bathroom.
SM Central is just around the corner. Bus terminal only 5 mins away by trycicle.
It's right next to a busy street so the traffic can be heard inside property (inside the bedroom it is very quiet)

They accept very early check-ins, but you need to pay 150 PHP per hour. If you have a pet, you need to pay 300 PHP per pet.
The employee helped us carry one of our bags.
We requested if we could do a late check-out at 11:30 AM, but there is another additional charges and made us pay another 150 PHP.
In terms of flexibility and customer service, I'd rate them a 5 out of 10. It seems like they have rigid policies and aren't very accommodating to requests
