Nice location, easy parking
WiFi was poor, a very cold building even though it wasn’t cold outside we had to run the heating

Nice area, close to Malpas P.Y.O Farm.
Wasn't decorated to a high standard, there were wifi wires on the floor by the stairs that could easily trip you up. Also the single bedroom mirrored wardrobe collapsed on my 6 year old Nephew & locked him in the bedroom - it was very loose & the mirror doors kept sticking together from the beginning of our stay. The owner didn't seem to believe how it collapsed but it was falling apart from the start. No health & safety regulations met at all & no offer of a small refund as we nearly ended up in hospital with my Nephew or worse, I'm also 27 weeks pregnant - the worry of not being able to get my Nephew out of the room was really scary. We ended up leaving stuff in the cupboard with the stress of what happened on the day we were leaving, told the owner & there was no offer of sending it back to us.

"Very clean and lovely house down a quiet street . Walk to town only a few mins . And bread butter jam and milk was supplied . All essentials in kitchen to hand"
