I liked having a spacious room with a nice view, it met the needs of my family for a wedding near by.
The staff were brilliant and allowed us to store our bags before check in so we could attend the wedding on time without any worries or hassle.
The room was clean and comfortable, there was minimal noise around and we all had an enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was lovely, service was quick and nothing was too much of a big ask for the staff. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
The procedure to enter hotel after closing was a bit difficult, other guests at the wedding told us how to enter as the staff forgot to mention to us using the back entrance.
The back entrance isnt sign posted to guests which made it difficult to find at 11:30-midnight. Not helpful eith a 5 year old with additional needs.
The back door was open despite having a key which made me question security of the hotel but we had no issues and would stay again.

Superior room was huge with balcony and chairs with a lovely view of the river. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The staff at the Lenchford were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both. Just wish it was closer to home as we would definitely go for food again.
The hotel on arrival looks a little tired on the outside, but the decor on the inside was lovely giving a warm cosy feel for our stay.

Bed was comfortable
Very dated, rundown on both inside and outside.
Could smell cooked food everywhere in the building.
